CANCELLATION POLICY

Studio JAE operates on scheduled appointment basis. When cancelling an appointment, I require all customers to provide at least 48 hours notice to the scheduled appointment time. This is to provide me with enough time to fill any gaps in my schedule. I will have to charge 50% of your scheduled service if you have not canceled in advance. Any no call/no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.
